Question:

What is the process to lift a temporary hold on a Honeywell thermostat?

Answer:
Oliver Wellington, HVAC Repair Expert

To remove a temporary hold on your Honeywell thermostat:

  1. Press the ‘Hold’ or ‘Run’ button, depending on your thermostat model.
  2. Change the temperature setting to your desired value using the up and down arrow keys.
  3. Once you have adjusted the temperature, the thermostat should resume following its regular schedule.
